How does the free trial work?
We offer a 14 day free trial. You will be required to enter your credit card information at the time you sign up, but your card will not be charged until after the 14 day trial is over.
How do I cancel the free trial?
If you wish to cancel the free trial, simply log into your account and go to the My Subscriptions page. You will see an option to cancel your subscription.
How to access the Member Content Video
After purchasing your plan, simply navigate to "Member Content" in the menu bar at the top. From there, select the video category that corresponds to your purchased plan to access the video page. Enjoy your exclusive content!
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so on the My Subscriptions page. Your account will be deactivated at the end of the subscription period.
Do you offer DVDs for the videos you have on the website?
Yes, you can purchase the DVD versions of these videos at www.dvdsforschools.com
How do I share the video with my students?
Please email customerservice@cerebellum.com with the name of the video series you wish to share with students. We will send you a link that you can send to your students to view the videos.
Do you offer a digital version of the series for purchase?
